Project Manager

We have opportunities for Project Manager to join our onshore team, where you can be part of a diverse team of highly qualified and motivated professionals that reflect the values and passion of Omega Subsea.

We are looking for dedicated Project Manager with background from subsea installations and construction projects.

Key Tasks:

• Responsible for the management and overseeing of the work scope related to engineering, detailed design, procurement, project services, and survey activities;
• Contribute to the development of project plans, including project objectives, project organisations, risks and opportunities and HSEQ requirements;
• Responsible for the financial delivery of the project, ensuring that project performance is maintained to the highest standard; 
• Plan and prepare work procedures and task plans where required;
• Ensure QHSE management within  the project;
• Provide visible leadership and ensure systems and resources are in place to work safely;
• Manage the project resources and involved personnel to ensure that required activities are properly planned and controlled;

Qualifications:

• Engineering or Business Administration Degree (M. Sc., MBA or equivalent);
• Long and relevant experience might compensate for less formal education;
• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience or project management;
• Ability to coach, mentor, and facilitate the development of others within the  Organization.
