Project Surveyor
We have opportunities for Project Surveyor to join our onshore team, where you can be part of a diverse team of highly qualified and motivated professionals that reflect the values and passion of Omega Subsea.
We are looking for dedicated Project Survey with background from subsea installations and construction projects.
Key Tasks:
- Provide support and advice to the project team and the Operations Department on survey-related matters;
- Evaluate project requirements, identify required survey resources and deliverables, and compile detailed survey procedures and project documentation;
- Ensure data management standards are maintained, QC of field data and final client deliverables and make sure that they are in line with required document standards;
- SupportProject Managers by providing technical input in response to client tenders and proposals, and evaluate tender specifications for compliance in conjunction with the project team;
- Ensure adherence to the project procedures and client contract specifications from data acquisition to issue of as-built survey deliverables, and manage survey subcontractors if applicable;
Qualifications:
- BSc/MSc degree in Hydrography, Geodesy, Geophysics, Survey Engineering, or sufficient knowledge gained through experience in a comparable role in a similar field;
- A minimum 5 years’ relevant offshore industry experience in offshore survey work;
- Ability to coach, mentor, and facilitate the development of others within the organization.
