Expectations

Everyone working for or with the Company is expected to comply with applicable laws and our policies, avoid conflicts of interest, and decline improper gifts or advantages. We do not accept bribery, corruption, or facilitation payments, and we encourage reporting of suspected misconduct.

Consequences

Breaches of these standards may lead to corrective action and, where relevant, reporting to the appropriate authorities.
