Omega Subsea enters OCAS agreement with Namaka Compliance

Omega Subsea has entered into an Outsourced Competence Assurance Support (OCAS) agreement with Namaka Compliance, covering all ROV and Survey positions across the organisation and representing up to 200 personnel.

The contract was announced in a Member News update published by Namaka Compliance on February 24, 2026. The agreement covers the development and digitalisation of competence processes and procedures within the “Athena” Competence Management System (CMS), as well as assessor and verifier training and full implementation of the online platform.

The collaboration has been carried out in close cooperation with Gavin Innes, Training and Competence Manager at Omega Subsea, establishing a structured framework for real-time documentation and verification of personnel competence across the company’s ROV and Survey workforce.
